Empanadas

Empanadas. Empanadas, Empanadas! They are so god damn good! I was in Brooklyn and this guy had an ice chest, selling empanadas his Mother made. I bought four of them and immediately had an epiphany. Who wouldn't want an empanada on a cool night after some drinks? That had to be the best street food I've ever purchased. I will remember it forever. Mom & Ryan looked at me like I was crazy. But I was happy as pie...meat pie that is!
