There's something to be said...

About a wedding on the Delta King. And how it reminds you of your vows. How you look over and hold your Man's hand... and realize all the reasons you took that step. Life with a child can take it out of you...but also fill you up completely to your ears with love and joy. It's the communication that goes by the wayside. Then your husband tells the table you're sitting at that he thinks you work for the CIA, cause how would he know otherwise. And you realize that sometimes maybe you should communicate a little more. This particular wedding was very emotional. I'm not sure why. I wore a fur :) - that's not why of course. I think it really comes down to your own relationship sometimes, when you witness others really celebrate their love.
It's hard not to see what glaringly needs to be taken care of in your own relationship. Weddings are a time that you celebrate completely everything about eachother. Then you get on the long road of life, and it can become diluted. So, Papa and I took a mental health day yesterday and loafed. LOAFED LOAFED LOAFED> And remembered everything that means something to us, our little family. And remembered to be sweet and loving and tender.

Love me tender,
Love me sweet,
Never let me go.
You have made my life complete,
And I love you so.

Love me tender,
Love me true,
All my dreams fulfilled.
For my darlin’ I love you,
And I always will.

Love me tender,
Love me long,
Take me to your heart.
For it’s there that I belong,
And we’ll never part.

Love me tender,
Love me dear,
Tell me you are mine.
I’ll be yours through all the years,
Till the end of time.

(when at last my dreams come true
Darling this I know
Happiness will follow you
Everywhere you go).
